Since 2001, Rivers Law has provided exceptional legal services to clients throughout South Carolina. From family law matters to personal injury, lead attorney Martha Rivers has leaned on her South Carolina upbringing to make sure that the people of this state have the best representation possible. 

Rivers Law’s lead attorney Martha Rivers is certified for both collaborative divorce and meditation in family court and has a passionate advocate for couples, individuals, and families. In addition to extensive knowledge of family law court in South Carolina, Martha thinks of herself as a litigator regardless of the court venue or jurisdiction.

Her practice started from humble beginnings, and she did not start practicing law until someone in her community reached out to her for help concerning a deed. Since then, her practice and love for her community have only grown and continue to grow even after 20+ years in practice.
